The Physical Assault On Ekweremadu in Germany is An Uncivilized And Undemocratic Action – Atiku

The physical assault on Ekweremadu in Germany is an uncivilized and undemocratic action- Atiku

Atiku Abubakar, has decribed the attack on Ike Ekweremadu in Germany over the weekend as ”uncivilised and undemocratic”.

In a statement released today, Atiku said Ekweremadu did not deserve such humiliation. Read his statement below

The physical assault on the immediate past Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ike Ekweremadu, in Nuremberg, Germany, is an uncivilised and undemocratic action that I condemn in totality.

I waited to speak privately with Ike before making a public statement and I have expressed my full and total repudiation of the unfortunate incident with him.

No one deserves such mob action, least of all a man who is a specimen of what a democrat should be. A champion of the rights of the people of the Southeast and Nigeria, and a patriot par excellence.

Nigerians, and especially those who were misguided into physically assaulting Senator Ekweremadu, will do well to remember the patriotic roles he played in saving Nigeria from a constitutional crisis in 2010, when there was a lacuna in the Presidency. He and then Senate President David Mark midwifed the Doctrine of Necessity that stabilised the nation. But for that patriotic action, our democracy might have been terminated.

If those who were involved in that crass action had given due thought to the role Ike has played in nation-building, they would have celebrated a man who has made sacrifices for their good.

To Senator Ekweremadu, I say that my family and I, and indeed most Nigerians, hold you in the highest esteem. An esteem that cannot be shaken by this incident.

Finally, I call on those behind the assault to turn a new leaf and repudiate violence in all its forms, to seek peace and pursue it and to learn to give honour to whom it is due.

Photos: Borno Governor, Raises Qur’an Against Anyone Who Diverts Food Items, Aids Meant For IDPs

Borno State Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum on Monday August 19, went spiritual in Monguno where he has so far spent two days, coordinating, supervising and trying to sanitize the distribution of food items to one hundred and ninety thousand and fifty ‎internally displaced persons, majority of them from Marte, Kukawa, Mobbar, Guzamala and Monguno local government areas, all in northern part of the state.
In Zulum’s presence, a copy of Qur’an was raised the traditional way, seeking the wrath of God against the Governor himself, humanitarian workers in the state emergency management agency, the national emergency management agency, other government officials and anyone for that matter, who diverts food and other aids meant for the welfare of displaced persons.

The Oath was also administered against IDPs who have the habit of collecting multiple rations of food most of which they sell in markets, depriving fellow displaced persons of food.
Governor Zulum departed Maiduguri on Sunday morning and arrived Monguno by evening. Monguno is the largest town in northern Borno, a majority Muslim part of the state most troubled by insurgent attacks. Monguno is not far from Baga and Kukawa from where citizens fled after attacks. Monguno itself had come under the occupation of Boko Haram around 2013 and 2014. Early this year, the insurgents had made two failed attempts to sieze military barracks in Monguno.
Zulum had ordered the deployment of trailers loaded with varieties of food items ahead of his visit. The Governor also ordered that a copy of the Qur’an be made available. On Sunday night, the Governor held series of meetings with officials involved in humanitarian activities and those of local government areas wh‎ose citizens are displaced in Monguno.

Today Governor Zulum, at 6am, began tour of the 16 camps in Monguno. The organisers distributed customized tickets to bread winners of households. Mild dramas however took place when hundreds of adult male and female IDPs began to leave queues whenever the oath administrator (acting like a town crier) raised the Qur’an calling on God to punish anyone of them who was in the queue to collect multiple rations of food.
“Listen to me very attentively, Governor Zulum has asked me to announce to you, that from himself as your Governor down to humanitarian officials of SEMA, NEMA, other government officials and anybody at all, whoever diverts food meant for IDPs, may the curse of God through the instrumentality of the Qur’an, come upon that person. May the wrath of God come upon anyone who has collected allocation ticket but came here to collect what is meant for others. You all know that food is distributed to households and everyone here is part of a household, if you know you are not the head of a household or that you have already collected your portion, better leave the queue or you incure the wrath of the Qur’an” the administrator, Babagana, popularly referred to as Babagana, said, raising the Qur’an with his right hand.
As he made the announcements in every camp, displaced persons left in numbers, some of them laughing.
Until the introduction of oath by the Governor, humanitarian workers have had to contend with problems of food vending by hundreds of displaced persons who collect multiple allocations. There were also allegations of dubious collaboration between some humanitarian workers and IDPs.

Invictus Obi: Forbes-Rated Young Nigerian Billionaire, Obinwanne Okeke Arrested By FBI For $12 Million (N4.3bn) Fraud

Forbes-rated young Nigerian billionaire, Obinwanne Okeke arrested by FBI for million (N4.3bn) fraud

A Forbes-rated young Nigerian billionaire and CEO of Invictus Group, Obinwanne Okeke has been arrested by America’s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) over a $12 million (N4.3bn) fraud.

He was arrested last week on the last day of his trip to the United States for allegedly defrauding top American companies of huge sums. Notably, he allegedly scammed $12m from a steel company by hacking into an executive’s office365 account and sending an email with a fake invoice to the purchase department. His arrest came after Special Agent Marshall Ward of the FBI and the team he heads opened up an investigation in July 2018, following a petition by Unatrac Holding Limited.

The charge sheet reads in part “In June 2018, Unatrac Holding Limited, the export sales office for Caterpillar heavy industrial and farm equipment, headquartered in the United Kingdom, contacted the FBI. They reported that Unatrac had been victimised through an email compromise, which ultimately resulted in fraudulent wire transfers totalling nearly 11million US Dollars. After reviewing the documentation provided by the representatives, the FBI opened an investigation in July 2018.

“The FBI discovered that after capturing the legitimate credentials of Unatrac’s Chief Financial Officer, the accused was able to log in and access the CFO’s entire Office365 account, which included all of his emails and various digital files, the logs indicated that between April 6 and April 20, 2018, the intruder accessed the CFO’s account 464 times, mostly from Internet Protocol (IP) addresses from Nigeria.

“With full access to the account, the intruder sent fraudulent wire transfer requests from the CFO’s email account to members of Unatrac’s internal financial team. The intruder also attached fake invoices to the emails to enhance the credibility of the requests,” the investigator stated. The investigation, painstaking and far-reaching, lasted more than a year during which Obinwanne emerged as the principal culprit and has since been arrested while on his regular visit to the United States.”

Kcee Blames Fans Over Celebrities’ Fake Lives

Kcee blames fans over celebrities

Kcee has pushed the blame of celebrities living fake lives as witnessed in the Nigerian entertainment industry on the fans.

Alleging that most celebrities lead fake lives, the Five Star Music boss stated that people don’t like it when one is real. He further disclosed that this pressure pushes many into faking it till they make it.

“90 per cent of celebrities lead fake lives because you guys (the public) are putting them under pressure. People don’t like it when you are real; they prefer it when you lie to them, and that’s why many fake it until they make it.

“If you are very honest and truthful with them (fans), your records will have slow sales. 80 per cent of celebrities rent apartments but they would claim they bought the houses. They go through that because fans put them under so much pressure. That you see someone on television does not mean the person is worth N1bn, so people should stop thinking that we’re living in heaven on earth” he told Saturday Beats.

Kcee also admitted faking it at some point in his 19-year music career. He however stated that he now talks about it because he has moved past that stage and is now successful.

“Yes, I have faked it at some point. When I started, I had to fake it. To be a celebrity, there is a perception you need to sell so that people can look up to you. I am saying this because I have gone through that and I have passed that stage. I am now successful. There was a time I was driving a Hummer jeep while my then partner, Presh, had his own. We would go to clubs and use all our money to pop champagnes. At the end of the day, we would throw the drinks away and go back home to eat noodles. We wanted to impress people and make them see us as the most expensive artistes.

“When I was in Ajegunle (Lagos) and I got to a level where I needed to leave that area, I used to tell people that I was living in Ikeja, though I was still staying at Ajegunle. Before you knew it, we started living in Ikeja and from there, we moved on to bigger things. There is faith life and also fake life. My own journey was always keying into that faith.

However, it got to a point that everything went to zero level, and when I had the second chance with Limpopo, my ideology changed. What came in then was maturity, and I made a lot of investments. I was able to buy things that even when I leave the earth, my children would inherit them” he said.

#BBNaija: You Are Not Fit To Be A Leader – Mike Says in “Fight” With Seyi [Videos]

BBNaija: You are not fit to be a leader ? Mike says in "fight" with Seyi (videos).

Mike and Seyi were enmeshed in a heated argument earlier today ahead of their rehearsal for a task they got from Biggie.

The fight was ignited after Mike made fun of  Seyi’s comment of the earth being round. This however didn’t sit right with Seyi who walked out on the Cruisetopia team.  He told Mike before walking out “please, I don’t like you coming to me for personal beliefs, I find it offensive and childish.”

However Mike countered him by saying he should stop being hypersensitive and further stated that he won’t roll over when he raises his voice at him.

“Why are you offended, stop being hypersensitive, you can’t raise your voice at me and expect me to roll over.

“You cannot keep forcing your opinion on all of us. You overreact sometimes.

“You don’t call yourself a leader and walk out every time there is a provocation or you can’t control the situation.

“You are not fit for leadership when you keep quitting. To me, that is petty I don’t work with sensitive people” Mike said in response.

So, the cough syrup that was initially N250 per bottle, but it is now sold for about N4,000. The same thing with tramadol which was N50 but is now about N500.

An armed man has been arrested after stabbing a woman in central Sydney and being detained on the street by members of the public.

A second woman was found dead inside an apartment building on the same street.

“All the information we have at hand would link these two crimes,” police commissioner Mick Fuller said at a press conference.

He said the suspect was a “lone actor” with a history of mental health issues.

He was known to police but “his history was unremarkable compared to the gravity of the crimes he committed”, Mr Fuller said.

Photo from inside a car shows a man holding a large knife being confronted by a man holding a wicker chairPhotos taken at the scene show the stand-off between the knifeman and a passerby wielding a chair

The police commissioner said the suspect had some ideologies related to terrorism, but had no apparent links to other terrorist organisations.

It is believed the man had a USB drive containing details of mass killings in New Zealand and the United States.

Mr Fuller said the stabbing is not currently being classed as a terrorist incident but this would be reassessed as the investigation continues.

Three “heroes” were praised by New South Wales Police Minister David Elliot for their role in detaining the man and acting “well and truly beyond the call of any citizen”. He also congratulated the firefighters involved.

What happened?

The incident unfolded at about 14:00 local time (04:00 GMT) on Tuesday near Clarence St and King St, a busy area in the city centre.

Video footage shows the suspect jumping on a car wielding a knife, shouting “Allahu Akbar” and “shoot me”, as another man confronts him with a wicker chair.

Police said the suspect had stabbed a 41-year-old woman in the back before being restrained by three members of the public.

They “placed him essentially under arrest, even though he was branching a large butchers knife and was clearly dangerous”.

Emergency services arrived shortly after and following a wider investigation, the body of a 21-year-old woman was found nearby.

The injured woman was taken to hospital in a stable condition. Police said there was no ongoing threat.

‘Completely fearless’

“He was fearless. He was completely fearless,” said the taxi driver whose car was jumped on by the man.

“I froze for probably a split second but then I thought I’m hoping that he’s not covered in any explosives or anything,” he told Nine News Sydney. The Uber driver then quickly accelerated to force the man off his car.

One witness said she saw the man jump on a car before he was confronted by people on the street who tried to fight him with chairs and pipes.

“The guy had blood on his shirt. He was screaming, holding a knife on his hand, and running up a car just in front of us,” Japanese tourist Aya Yamada told the BBC.

“Another guy with a chair and some firefighters were chasing him. I was in the car with my husband and friends, and could run away immediately.”

The suspected knifeman standing in the streetWitnesses said the suspect apparently had blood on his shirt

Videos posted online show a man running through the streets brandishing a knife, before people attempt to stop him and eventually tackle him to the ground.

Other images show the suspect being pinned down with a chair and a milk crate, then being taken away by police.

‘Significantly brave’

Supt Wood praised those who had intervened in the “extremely dangerous and hostile” situation, saying their actions had helped capture the man.

“They were significantly brave people,” Supt Wood said.

Three British men were among those who helped take the man down, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

Lee Cuthbert, Paul O’Shaughnessy and Luke O’Shaughnessy, all from Manchester, were working nearby when they heard the commotion outside and ran out to help.

“You don’t think, you just kind of react really. It was surreal, very, very surreal,” said Mr Cuthbert.

“We all kind of chased, worked together, but it was Luke who was the real hero. He pursued him the hardest and managed to get a grip of him.”

Authorities have urged people to avoid the area.

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison tweeted that the “violent attack” was “deeply concerning” but praised the “brave actions” of those who restrained the suspect.

Mia Khalifa – I Only Made A Total $12k in My Entire Career As A Porn Star

I only made a total k (N4.3m) in my career as a porn star - Mia Khalifa

Mia Khalifa, the Lebanese-American celebrity best known for being a pornographic actress from 2014 to 2015 has revealed that she only made a total $12k (N4.3m) throughout her adult movie career.

The recently engaged Texas-based sports commentator addressed some of the common misconceptions about her time as an adult actress in a video she shared with her 17 million Instagram followers.

Mia Khalifa also revealed that it was nearly impossible to lead a normal life after she returned to a normal office job after her pornography career.

She wrote: “Common misconception is that I’ve been making millions and millions from residuals for the work I did. Nothing could be further from the truth. In reality, I made around $12,000 in TOTAL my entire time in the industry. It was near impossible for me to lead a normal life with a normal office job after.

2 years into trying to force normalcy I decided to change my narrative and move to Austin to try and start over.  I was involved in porn so briefly, but my actions spread like wildfire, and I continue to be ranked (truly baffles me) 5 years after leaving the industry. This is why people think I still perform.

Full interview via the link in my bio. The only reason I was able to handle speaking about this so in depth is due to @megmabbott’s incredible gift of making you feel heard, seen, and not judged. Thank you also to @errichp for the amazing editing and direction.”

Others who decamped alongside these personalities include: the former Secretary to the state Government, SSG, Alhaji Mohammed Bawa Gusau, the present vice chairman of Zurmi local Government area, Mainasara Abubakar Atiku, seven serving councillors across the state and senior special assistants who served during ex-governor AbdulAziz Yari’s tenure. The Zamfara Governor, Hon. Bello Mohammed Matawalle, received the decampees at a grand event at the Government House in Gusau, the state capital, Thursday.

4. At a time the Kogi State House of Assembly began moves to impeach the Deputy Governor, Elder Simon Achuba, the All Progressives Congress (APC), Kogi State chapter, has suspended Achuba from the party for alleged anti-party activities before, during and after the 2019 general elections. The party also based the suspension on some alleged actions the Deputy Governor took that constitute embarrassment to the APC family in Kogi state.

5. The Coalition of Northern Groups, CNG, on Wednesday accused the South-West of attempting to overthrow President Muhammadu Buhari through the RevolutionNow protest called by former presidential candidate of African Action Congress, AAC, Omoyele Sowore. CNG claimed that the RevolutionNow was a SouthWest conspiracy, hence Northerners refused to take part in the protest.

6. A group of concerned Ogun indigenes has berated the Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, for underrating former President Olusegun Obasanjo during a visit to President Muhammadu Buhari. 8. Junaid Mohammed, a Second Republic lawmaker, has rubbished the #RevolutionNow protest called by former African Action Congress, AAC, presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore. 9. The Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, Wednesday, distanced himself from the impeachment move against his deputy, Elder Simon Achuba. Recall that the Kogi House of Assembly had commenced an impeachment process against Achuba. It anchored its impeachment process on a petition based on three grounds of criminal indulgence, financial misappropriation and non-performance. Following the process, insinuations in certain quarters accused the governor of sponsoring the impeachment process against Achuba due to their differences. Only last week, Achuba had accused the state governor of withholding his salaries and those of his aides amounting to N819.7 million. He claimed that he was last paid in 2017.

Governor Nyesom Wike Promises N30m Reward For Information That’ll Lead To Arrest of Bobrisky

Governor Nyesom Wike promises N30m reward for information that?ll lead to arrest of Bobrisky

Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers State has promised to give N30 million to anyone who gives useful information that will lead to the arrest of those who killed a Director with the Rivers State Government during the Choba crisis as well as the capture of notorious criminal called Bobrisky in Gokana Local Government Area.

Wike made the pledge on Thursday, August 8th when he handed over 40 Patrol Vans fitted with Communication Gadgets to Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad (FSARS), See 4 Eye, Police Anti-Kidnapping, Police Anti-Cultism, Federal Road Safety Corps and Eagle Crime at the Government House Port Harcourt.

He also declared that the state government was fully prepared to tackle insecurity and would do everything required to protect lives and property, declaring that the state government had proscribed all youth groups operating in the state because they had been hijacked by cultists.

“Rivers State Government is fully prepared and will do everything required to protect lives and property. Without the protection of lives and property, there will be no governance and development.

“We are one State that has suffered neglect from the Federal Government in terms of support to fight insecurity. They have refused to pay back funds that we used in constructing Federal projects. But that will not stop us from intervening when the need arises”, he said.

The Governor said that he resolved to increase the support to the security agencies because of the successes recorded by Operation Sting. He regretted that cultists had taken over youth groups across the State, necessitating the state government proscribing all youth Ggroups.

“Anybody operating under a youth body henceforth will be arrested by security agencies. Before you contest for any youth body’s leadership, you must send the names to the DSS and Police for screening. If they are cultists, we will not allow them to operate,” he said.

Wike said that the vehicles and gunboats donated to the security agencies must be deployed to secure Rivers State. He announced that the Rivers State Government would establish a Trust Fund to cater for the families of policemen who lose their lives while fighting crime.

#RevolutionNow: Things You Should Know About Sowore’s Movement

The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC), has opposed calls for revolution in Nigeria and change of President Muhammadu Buhari government.

Its Director, Professor Ishaq Akintola, in a statement on Wednesday, said the proponents were hasty in assessing the current administration considering the number of years the opposition was in power.

Noting that MURIC had called for the release or arraignment of Omoyele Sowore, leader of Revolution Now movement, Akintola noted that the conveners have lost touch with reality.

“How do you judge an administration which is yet to take off in its second term? What are the criteria the #Revolutionnow group has used to arrive at its hardline position?, he quipped.

“This is an administration that was ambushed, strangulated and sarakitised from the first day of its inauguration in May 2015. Are they blind to history? Today was born from the wombs of yesterday.

‘Why can’t they take a glance at where this administration is coming from? Have they forgotten how the 8th National Assembly (NASS) held the Buhari administration by the jugular for four good years?

“So what has changed since then? How much time has Buhari spent in his second term? He has not even taken off. Wednesday 21st August has just been fixed for the swearing-in of ministers. Why won’t they allow this government to settle down? Who is afraid of Buhari? Whose cupboard is full of skeletons? Why are they in so much haste?

“Does it mean that both the leaders and supporters of #Revolutionnow were pleased with the sarakitisation of Buhari’s first term? Where really do they stand in the war against corruption? Where were they when the 8th Senate delayed budget for seven whole months?

“We put it to #Revolutionnow that it has misplaced its priorities and failed to identify the true enemies of Nigeria. #Revolutionnow should have organized its uprising against the 8th NASS. By the way, where were they during the general elections that brought Buhari to power? How did they fare? Is it proper to change by force what the ballots refused to grant?

“Sowore is a good material for future politicking but he has to redirect his energy towards reengineering Nigerian youth for service, patriotism and dignity, not towards removing a democratically elected government.

“We advise #Revolutionnow to dismantle, dissolve into a political party and wait for 2023. Even a coup will not pay the group. Coups are no longer fashionable. The Buhari regime is not a product of violent change. It evolved via due democratic process.

“Any other process is therefore unlawful, illegal, illegitimate and unconstitutional. In view of Buhari’s sterling qualities and his numerous fait accompli in spite of all odds, we affirm clearly, unambiguously and categorically that Mr. President has our vote of confidence.”

Paulo Dybala: Man Utd End Talks With Juventus Striker Over Wage Demands

Dybala made his international debut in 2015

Manchester United have ended talks with Paulo Dybala because of the Juventus striker’s wage demands.

United entered talks with the Argentine, 25, as part of a proposed swap deal involving Romelu Lukaku, 26.

However, they were dubious about whether Dybala wanted to join them and viewed his wage demands as excessive.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has targeted young, hungry players and United officials concluded further bids for Dybala would be a move away from that.

Dybala joined Juventus from Palermo in 2015 and scored 10 times for the Italian side last season, including the only goal in the first leg of the Champions League group match against United at Old Trafford in October.

Uncertainty remains over the future of Belgium international Lukaku, who joined the Red Devils from Everton for an initial £75m in July 2017 and scored 12 league goals last term.

Last month United rejected a 60m euro (£53.9m) bid from Juventus’ Serie A rivals Inter Milan for the forward.

But Solskjaer says he has “no doubt” France midfielder Paul Pogba – who has also been linked with a move – still wants to play for the club.

United have reached an agreement to sign England centre-back Harry Maguire from Leicester for £80m – a world record fee for a defender, with the transfer due to be finalised in the near future.

Conte ‘very hopeful’ over Lukaku

Inter boss Antonio Conte revealed he was still hopeful of signing Lukaku.

“We continue to work on it in the best possible way,” he said after his team’s pre-season friendly draw at Tottenham.

“I understand there are some gaps that need to be filled but at the moment I am very hopeful that this will happen.”

The emergence of young players such as Mason Greenwood during pre-season, allied to the presence on Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Alexis Sanchez in the United squad means it is by no means certain a replacement will come in even if Lukaku does leave.

United are continuing to look at potential signings but have ruled out a move for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes, despite being linked with him for much of the summer.

Producer of The Controversial Movie Where Cossy Ojiakor Was Alleged To Have ‘Had Sex With A Dog’ Finally Speaks

Producer of the controversial movie where Cossy Ojiakor was alleged to have

For a while now, Cossy Ojiakor has been bent on clearing her name and getting justice for a wrong she believes was done to her years ago, which derailed her career.

Many years ago, Ojiakor acted in a movie titled ‘Itohan’ where she simulated having sex with a dog. The story was published by Journalist, Tunde Moshood at the time but it was written to look like she really had sex with the dog.

Cossy subsequently accused former friend Halima Abubakar of being the one who prompted Tunde Moshood to publish the damaging story. Journalist, Tunde Moshood however replied and seemingly insisted Cossy truly had sex with a dog.

Now, the producer of the movie, Lucky Ewah in a new interview with Vanguard has explained what actually happened in the film shot in 2002.

As a movie maker, I’m not the kind of producer that produces nude stories or pornography. I make movies that have to do with women and youth re-orientation. I don’t know how Tunde Moshood got in touch with those materials and he has been using those materials.

That movie was uploaded on YouTube on 22nd of September, 2009. As long as Tunde Moshood has the materials on that project, I’m alleging him to be the person that uploaded it.

Those are the things my lawyer is working on, because it’s an infringement of right. He did not work with me on my set. He has never been a co-producer, director or co-sponsor. So, how did he get those materials?

As I speak with you, I don’t even know Mr. Tunde Moshood. In this very case, Tunde Moshood must come and answer the court. How did he get those materials? The materials the Censors Board did not approve or use… Who gave him those materials?

The producer was asked, ‘are you saying that the materials he (Tunde) uploaded are not from the film?  and he responded, ‘they are not from the film. That is my challenge concerning this whole controversy. So many people have said so many things based on social media, wanting to know if the producer of the movie is alive or around. Truth is, I haven’t been around for some time’.

This movie has really caused a lot of controversy because people think that what actually happened in the movie was true. That is the reason Cossy called me to come and clear the air and let Nigerians know that she didn’t actually sleep with a dog. Now, this is the reason the movie was made in that manner.

Recall that the movie was produced in 2002 at a time when the NAPTIP stories on women trafficking was very high, especially in the Niger-Delta region. I’m from Edo State. There was a time, Her Excellency, Titi Abubakar set up an NGO called NAPTIP, National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons. This same movie was taken to that office because it was an advocacy movie, to advocate against human trafficking.

That was why the movie was produced at the time. To pass the message that most Nigerians travel abroad to do all sorts of undignified things to make money without knowing the dangers involved. Nigerians know the truth about the movie, but my major challenge and concern is how Tunde Moshood came to possess those materials.

Before You Get Married, Be Very Sure Of The Sexuality Of Your Partner – Leo Dasilva

Leo Dasilva

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Leo DaSilva warns people planning to get married to know the sexuality of their partner before getting married.

Leo DaSilva took to his Twitter page to share some advice on knowing your partner’s sexuality before getting married to them. He shared;

Before you get married, be very sure of the sexuality of your partner.

Bruh the stories I am getting in my DM from this tweet. Absolutely mind blown.

I’m not trying to promote sex before marriage or anything like that. If you want to fornicate or not, that’s between you and your God. I’m just advising you all that it’s important to know your partner’s sexuality while getting to know them, do not ignore that aspect.

Tips: watch how they respond to things, look at the same sex, talk about minor things. If possible try to always look at what catches their gaze

Just pay attention. You don’t need to sleep with someone before you know these things.

Twitter users have been reacting to the thread, some even shared stories and experiences of sexuality gone wrong. See some reactions below.

@eki_osawe wrote; yes o, nothing importanter, that’s how I almost entered 1 chance marriage in the name of abstinence, hmmm my mouth sef too heavy to talk

@AladeOlu wrote; Bisexual is the most difficult to detect. A woman has been married for over 18 years to a bisexual man. Only for the man to decide of recent that he wants to go “gay” Now marriage is over o.

Yes. True life story, here in Lagos.

The woman has moved out. They have grown up kids. That made the whole matter worse to handle as no one suspected the man until the signs were obvious and he made his lifestyle know.He has always had.

He just couldn’t hide it anymore at the point the whole thing scattered.

He was doing both genders

Those that suspected at the early stage over looked it. Nobody expected it.

People can play along with this sexuality thing for as long as possible

Solskjaer ‘Offers Paul Pogba Captaincy At Manchester United’ In Bid To Convince Him To Stay And Shun Real Madrid Move

Solskjaer ‘Offers Paul Pogba Captaincy At Manchester United’ In Bid To Convince Him To Stay And Shun Real Madrid Move

Manchester United coach, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is offering Paul Pogba the captaincy in a bid to convince the midfielder to stay at Old Trafford and shun Real Madrid move.

The French midfielder, 26, has been repeatedly linked with a move away from Man United this summer, with Real Madrid a likely destination.

United will be without a captain from the end of next month when Antonio Valencia leaves the club. His deputy, 33-year-old Ashley Young is likely to play a reduced role next term with United targeting a new right-back this summer.

According to ESPN, Solskjaer is willing to offer the 26-year-old the armband in a bid to keep him at the club ahead of a squad overhaul this summer.

18-Year-Old Hudson-Odoi Wants Hazard’s No. 10 Jersey If He Leaves For Madrid

England and Chelsea wonderkid, Odoi is one of the most sought-after talents in Europe and his contract situation is an uneasy position for his club ahead of talks

Callum Hudson-Odoi increasingly wants to stay at Chelsea and assurances he would be the man to replace Eden Hazard would help to ensure that he renews his contract, Goal understands.

Hazard looks likely to depart for Real Madrid after he confirmed in an interview after the final Premier League game of the season at Leicester on Sunday that he ‘has made his decision’ regarding his future.

Madrid have yet to agree a fee with the Blues for their Belgian talisman as they haggle over a price between €100 million (£87m/$113m) and €130m (£113m/$146m).

The 18-year-old’s desire to want a move away has softened after Maurizio Sarri gave him four Premier League starts in a row before he suffered an Achilles tendon rupture against Burnley in April.

Chelsea’s decision to not begin talks with Hudson-Odoi, and regarding other club issues, may relate to the transfer ban, which is likely to affect negotiations with several of their players.

@victoriakimani Humble yourself because @tiwasavage is bigger than the whole of Kenya music industry… My dear, if you are that spectacular or your songs are that “great”, why do you bring it over to Nigeria to promote it? First of all, @tiwasavage is like a big sister to me, just got off the phone with my sister also, enough of all this nonsense abeg. Right here in Naija, there is only one QUEEN of contemporary music, and that’s @tiwasavage Listen, Google my name, I’m the only popular ACTOR in Nigeria that has ever gotten the attention of @chrissyteigen an A-List American celebrity.✈ Dear @victoriakimani You should be grateful to we Nigerians for accommodating and allowing you have small BREAD on your table with this your kind of music, I’m not saying your songs are “watery oh”, because I’m not God, but if you know you are not going to LOVE, embrace and RESPECT our music legends, abeg, should I speak to the Nigerian immigration?✈Its not by force to do music in Nigeria, please, RESPECT our legends here, and RESPECT your elders in this music business.
